Large commercial cacao plantations operate in the Ivory Coast, Brazil, Ghana, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Ecuador, Columbia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea. Smaller plantations can be found in just about every other tropical location large or small. Chocolate has captivated humanity with its exotic flavor and sensuous mouth feel.
